• HOW DOES IT WORK? SLUMBER works by targeting various systems responsible for better quality of sleep such GABA, melatonin, serotonin, and orexin receptors as well as reducing cortisol and targeting cannabinoid receptors to ensure the most restful sleep.
• HOW MUCH/HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE? This product should be taken 30-60 minutes before bedtime, and up to 4 capsules may be taken to assist with having a restful sleep.
